How to Grill Vegetables in Aluminum Foil

Use heavy aluminum foil for best results. Fold the aluminum in half then unfold it. Within the center of one half, place your vegetables. Put the slower cooking type vegetables on the bottom. Add your seasonings, including garlic and butter to taste. Then fold over and slightly fold/roll the sides until the whole thing is sealed. Throw on the grill for about 30 minutes and watch for hot steam when you open it.

This can be used for just about any vegetable you have on hand. A wider variety of flavors can be achieved through use of flavoring you may not normally use. Try a little vinaigrette dressing, or soy sauce instead of or in addition to salt, and try using different types of salt… Kosher salt, sea salt, etc…
